The question is not about the white blob, more the overall pic. Answer at the end of the post.
Anyway, how is everyone? It's been a while since I've had anything to say.
This week we went for a walk along one of out local trails - the Jinny - it follows the line of an old railway and while we were out we came across a squirrel.
The jacket was on as it had been raining when we started out on our trek. It was a pity he was wearing it as I noticed when I downloaded the pix how well he blended in with the fallen leaves. You get a good idea from the top pic where if you look just below the blue collar it is difficult to see where the Monk ends and the leaves begin. It certainly shows how well he was named when he raced - Autumn Fusion indeed.
Hopefully at the weekend I can get some without the coat - if I don't lose him in the leaves.
Anyway for those of you who didn't guess what the picture at the start of the blog was here it is from further away.
Hands up all those who said a tumble dryer filter.
At least all of Monkey's bedding is washed ready for the muddy weather.

When we wash doggie beds, or even our bed coverings, we empty the dryer filter halfway thru, so it won't clog up.
Wow those pesky tree rats keep us on our toes all day. Have a tremendous Thursday and Happy Halloween to all your family. Hope it is a spectacularly good spooky one.
Best wishes Molly
Whew, monkey you got and furs left. Now about them tree rats (ahhh Squirrels), buddy they are put on earth for us to chase, what fun!
Have a great Hal-O-Weenie

Squirrels are a source of great fascination here, too! Particularly with a young, curious hound who wants to taste the whole world.
We love to see Squirrels too, its mostly rabbits on the field. They go down a hole as quick as the squirrel goes up a tree, spoils the fun.

Well Gail hadn't a clue about the picture. But that is because I am a (nearly) non shedding dog. Of course, being a terrier, I do know exactly what to do when I see a squirrel...
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
Happy Halloween! You look very nice in your red jacket!
We have mud dogs around here. The ones with white feet really show it. The black dogs get off easily.
Our dryer fuzz tends to be black.
HA! HA! my dogs would be totally confused if they saw a squirrel
Ooooh squizzers, what joy :-)
Your red jacket suits you Monkey.
Thanks for your comments. I'm not sure about the red coat as I think it takes away from Monkey's colouring and I was thinking that Santa may turn up with a nice black one.
The red coat looks so very beautiful on the Monkey! The lint sure looks familiar!
Monkey, you look awesome in red. I've seen that dryer filter in my house too. In fact, I need to wash our dog bed covers. Thanks for the reminder.
Never would have guessed a dryer filter. Monkey does blend well with the leaves. Anyone for hide and seek - without the jacket?
