Today I want to say a special hello to a beautiful girl with a beautiful name!
Pictured below is ANOTHER Winnie the greyhound who came to live with her forever family in Tennessee one year ago today.
She is obviously a very kind and accommodating greyhound as she is seen here with one of her cats called Annabelle. She also lives with a black cat called Nori.
"Cats really are not all that bad," she says.
Takes all sorts.
Winnie from Tennessee follows me on Facebook
Her mum sent me a lovely surprise parcel yesterday. When we opened it look what was inside.
What a beautiful suncatcher. We are now working on finding just the perfect place in the house to show it off.
Tennessee Winnie's mum made one for her - and then realised it looked like me too! So she made me one!! I am so thrilled. Thank you so very, very much! We will always treasure it.

That's very nice isn't it? Mum says I must note the liking cats bit! Deccy x
I think that is the cutest, most lovely suncatcher I've ever seen, and it does look like you, Winnie. I knew the picture of Winnie with Annabelle would get Deccy a "talking to."
That's beautiful! Winnie, sometimes it pays off to be a famous Greyhound! I hope you find the perfect spot to admire it!

What a lovely surprise! How kind of other Winnie's mom. And how pleasant to think of two beautiful dogs named Winnie in the world.
OH WINNIE... that SUNCATCHER .. is just exactly like YOU.
I hope it Catches 87 bazillion Sun Rays.
Oh Winnie that is a very beautiful suncatcher. What an appropriate present, and not just 'cos its such a wonderful likeness. After all, we need to catch every single little ray of sun that ever strays near our cloudy northern island at this time of year don't we?
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
4pm and pitch black here in Aberdeen.
What a super awesome gift!

Wow, how cool is that??? I love that photo of the suncatcher Winnie and the real Winnie side by side - that's great! What a sweet thing for your blogging friend to do. And the photo of the Tennessee Winnie with the kitty cat...isn't that pretty unusual? For a greyhound to live happily with a cat? I thought they had an almost irresistable urge to chase cats. Or is that a myth?
Winnie looks lovely.
Loving the sun catcher. Does she make them to sell?
The sun catcher is so pretty! It does look like you Winnie. Greyhound people are just the best!
We're not sure about the cat thing either. But that Suncatcher is just beautiful.

That's so pretty. Does Winnie's mom sell them? Se is so cute with Annabelle, and they look alike.
Hey Winnie!
Wow, I think I'm seeing triple! You and Winnie the 2nd are a lot alike and that suncatcher is beautiful just like you!

Oh what a great present - you could put it on your normal look out window! In fact, why not use it to trick the kitties when you are not looking out of the window...heehee..they will still think you are watching them when you go off for a snooze!
