On the scent
Is it just me or does a crisp, frosty morning just make everything smell so much better and more intense?
Our morning walk was taken at a leisurely pace today so I could get every little aroma right up my nostrils.
The fields and the spinney at Brook Hollows looked lovely too.

Song loves to sniff every smell. The only exception is when it's raining and then she just wants to get home:)

It's true. The smells seem more sharp...and linger in your nose when you go home and get warm! One of the charms of winter. (Not that I am a winter fan.)

Looks like you had a nice walk - and what a pretty place to walk in. It was pouring down rain today, so we didn't get to sniff anything or else we'd get water up our sniffers!
