BOL! That's pretty funny. Here in the city, people aren't always so good about picking up poop in the winter. It's pretty gross.

What a great idea, we pick so much much of other people's dogs' poo, summer or winter....
Not sure about other countries, but it is law her to pick up after your dog. Trouble is the responsible owners do and the others wouldn't even read that great poster.
I asked a chap a while back if he'd like a dog poo bag, as his dog had just done a poo. He obviouly wasn't going to pick it up. In very colourful language, that had a lot of words beginning with 'F' I got told to mind my own business. Think he was a visitor in the village (we get a load int he summer), as I've not seen him since.

Very good!!! Our Mom is our poop patrol person in the yard and she always picks up after us on walks. So rude not to take care of that.
